Experienced Groundworks Ganger required for ongoing works in Aylesbury.

Requirements

• Proven experience supervising groundwork gangs
• Ability to read drawings and manage day-to-day site activities
• SSSTS/SMSTS preferred
• CSCS card essential
• Strong knowledge of drainage, kerbing, ducting, and finishing works
• Reliable and able to lead a team safely and efficiently

Duties

• Supervising groundwork operatives
• Coordinating materials and plant
• Ensuring health & safety compliance
• Reporting progress to site management
• Maintaining quality standards on site
