Groundworker Ganger

We are currently looking for an experienced Groundworks Ganger for ongoing work in Banbury.

Requirements

* Valid CSCS card

* SSSTS preferred

* Previous groundwork and supervisory experience

* Ability to lead and manage a small team

* Good understanding of health & safety procedures

Duties

* Supervising groundwork operatives on site

* Coordinating daily tasks and materials

* Assisting with drainage, kerbing, concreting, and excavation works

* Ensuring work is completed safely and to programme

* Reporting to site management

Immediate start available.
