Car Park Marshall

We are currently recruiting for car park marshalls for our busy client in Ashford.

Job Purpose

To ensure the safe, efficient, and customer-friendly operation of the car park. The Car Park Marshal will be responsible for directing traffic, assisting customers, and maintaining a secure and orderly parking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct vehicles to available parking spaces in a safe and efficient manner.
• Monitor entry and exit points to ensure smooth traffic flow.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting drivers with queries and directions.
• Enforce parking rules and regulations, including issuing warnings or reporting violations.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour and theft.
• Report any incidents, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with emergency procedures when required.
• Keep the car park clean and free of obstructions.
