We are looking for a teacher who is

• passionate about Early Years education and understands how young children learn best through play, exploration and high-quality interactions
• able to create a warm, stimulating and enabling learning environment both indoors and outdoors
• committed to providing child-centred learning experiences that inspire curiosity, independence and confidence
• confident in using outdoor learning and Forest School approaches to enrich the curriculum
• able to build positive relationships with children, parents, staff and the wider community
• reflective, resilient and committed to continually developing their own practice
• flexible, proactive and able to respond to the changing needs of young children with care and sensitivity
• a team player who values collaboration while also embracing the autonomy and creativity this role offers
• committed to achieving the very best outcomes for every child
