What You’ll Be Doing

Leading whole-school SEND strategy, policy, and best practice as SENDCO
Championing inclusive teaching, adapting provision for complex SEN profiles
Coordinating EHCPs, reviews, and external agency partnerships
Delivering training for staff and supporting classroom practice
Analysing SEND attainment data, reporting outcomes to SLT & Governors
Developing bespoke interventions and innovative support systems
