What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading whole-school SEND strategy, policy, and best practice as SENDCO
- Championing inclusive teaching, adapting provision for complex SEN profiles
- Coordinating EHCPs, reviews, and external agency partnerships
- Delivering training for staff and supporting classroom practice
- Analysing SEND attainment data, reporting outcomes to SLT & Governors
- Developing bespoke interventions and innovative support systems
