L22 - L28 £86,803 to £100,540 per annum
We are excited to advertise the opportunity for a Deputy Headteacher to join our team.
Addington School is part of Ascendancy Partnership Trust, a multi-academy trust with deep community roots across the Berkshire area composed of a family of SEN schools all specialising in learning difficulties. We are a large all-age Outstanding Special School on the edge of Reading in Woodley and we have an Early Years Centre located in Farley Hill.
You will be
Passionate about outcomes for pupils with complex learning difficulties our learners, experienced in the development of curriculum and assessment for students with learning difficulties
An experienced school leader with a proven track record of sharing SEND expertise
A leader who is energised by change but also skilled in leading, embedding and sustaining change that makes a difference to our pupils
