Level 2/3 Early Years Educator

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education for children, supporting their individual routines and developmental milestones
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that foster curiosity, creativity, and learning
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently upheld
• Contribute to observations, assessments, and planning in line with the EYFS framework.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is

• Qualified to Level 2 or 3 in Childcare/Early Years.
• Experienced in caring for children and supporting their unique developmental needs
• Passionate about child development, with a nurturing and patient approach
• A strong communicator who can work collaboratively with colleagues and families
