36 hours per week (Term-time + CPD days) |

We are looking for dynamic individuals to support students aged 5-19 with severe social communication difficulties, complex learning disabilities, and challenging behaviors, helping them develop essential life skills for a more independent future.
The Role

Small Class Sizes
Work with groups of 8-13 students grouped by ability.

Holistic Support
Assist with literacy, numeracy, and PSHE using multi-sensory tools (Makaton, signs, and symbols).

Behavioral Guidance
Support students through moments of anxiety or frustration with a calm, patient approach.

Personal Care
Provide essential care and hygiene support (full training provided).
