(Please see JD for more information & note that this list is not exhaustive)Operational management Lead EIM services to ensure compliance against performance measures Support the operational and clinical managers in monitoring activity and income Working collegiately with support services, matrons, departments and outside organisations that impact the ICSU. To facilitate and chair multidisciplinary meetings that assist with the coordination and delivery of EIM services.Service Improvement Support the transformation agenda across EIM services, making sure that skills are developed and shared with the teams thusproviding skills for the future workforce. Understand implications of and manage a developing and changing service Assist in the development of new ideas, methods of working and encourage staff to do likewiseFinancial management & Business planning Ensure robust budgetary management within EIM services, maximising the use of resources and delivering a balanced budget. Work in close association with the ICSU finance team to ensure sound financial management, effective communication and financialreporting. Identify, communicate and implement robust Cost Improvement Programmes (CIP) in the departments.
