HMP Pentonville is a busy male prison with a capacity for 520 inmates. We are recruiting for a Release and Transfer Coordinator to support the healthcare team with the preparation of releasing patients within 12 weeks of release. You will be doing tasks such as attending meetings, contacting local housing and GP's, liaising with offender management and probation. This is a heavily patient facing role and will be on the wings. On site there is free parking, it is also close to public transport links. Site also has a monthly visit from a masseuse for staff. Hours Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600 Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary up to £33,000 per annum. How will we support you?
