About this role

NICE are seeking an executive business manager (EBM) to undertake a pivotal role in supporting the smooth running of the Corporate Office, identifying opportunities for improved ways of working, and ensuring the CEO Office operates proactively, efficiently and with the highest standards of discretion and organisational awareness.

Success in this role will include managing the flow of information, decisions, and actions across the CEO’s portfolio; ensuring matters are prioritised, tracked and progressed efficiently. In addition, you will develop and maintain effective private office processes, support executive and Board decision‑making, and ensure alignment with organisational priorities and governance requirements.

Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, the EBM acts as a key point of contact on behalf of the CEO, ensuring consistent, professional communication. You will provide coordinated, high‑quality business and governance support to the Associate Director, CEO and Corporate Office and Chief Executive.

The role includes oversight and coordination of Executive Assistants supporting Executive Directors, contributing to a consistent and effective executive support function across NICE.

  • Run the CEO/Corporate Office effectively coordinating policies, processes and information flows, tracking actions and escalating issues as needed.
  • Be the hub for senior stakeholders, acting as the central contact for the CEO/Associate Director, Board members, senior leaders and external partners, ensuring timely engagement and alignment with governance colleagues.
  • Keeping a well-organised office environment and handle complex, sensitive and occasionally contentious information with strong judgement, clarity and confidentiality.
  • Proactively manage the CEO’s diary and forward plan ensuring aligning commitments to priorities, organising schedules/briefings, coordinating senior meetings and appraisal cycles, and ensuring high-quality packs are prepared in advance.
  • Ensuring the CEO is fully briefed for Board/Committee and other engagements, with clear visibility of key issues, risks and decisions, and that work follows the right governance routes.
  • Planning, monitor and progress activity against organisational priorities, commissioning/quality-assuring papers and providing analytical support (synthesis, action and commitment tracking).
