Would you like to make a difference and help shape the lives of our pupils? We're looking for a Teaching Assistant to work Monday to Friday, term time only (plus one training day). 08.45 - 15.20, with a 30 minute unpaid break each day.

3rd September 2026We are an outdoorsy school set in 5.5 acres, with our own smallholding, including farm animals and an allotment.
We have an excellent track record with staff development; many of our teaching assistants have gone on to train as teachers or have undertaken further specialist training for their role. As part of the Bourne Education Trust, there are further potential career opportunities too.
The salary is £24,330 full time equivalent, £16,595 actual for 30 hours 25 minutes per week.We will review applications as they arrive and so reserve the right to close this vacancy early.
