Up to £14.00 per hour | 37.5 or 27.5 hour per week | Ofsted Rating - Good

Housed in a carefully converted building specifically designed with children in mind, our client's Good Ofsted-rated nursery is a place where happiness and learning sit at the heart of everything. This is a setting that truly understands how children learn best - blending adult-led activities with child-initiated play to create a rich, balanced environment where curiosity is encouraged and every child feels at home.

They are now looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a meaningful role in every child's early years journey.

What Our Client Is Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A solid understanding of EYFS and child-led learning approaches
  • Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about early childhood development
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and a strong team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality, play-based care and early years education within your designated room
  • Supporting and facilitating both adult-led activities and child-initiated play in line with EYFS
  • Creating a happy, safe, and stimulating environment where every child feels secure and inspired
  • Observing and documenting children's learning and development, sharing progress with families
  • Building warm, trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Contributing positively to the team and the wider nursery community
