What you’ll be doing

As an Assistant Manager in our flagship store, you will play a pivotal role in our Store Management team. You will report to the Store Manager and lead a dedicated team, ensuring that we deliver outstanding service and care to our customers. Your leadership will inspire your team to achieve their best, fostering a culture of collaboration and support in a high-profile setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service in a flagship environment.
• Drive sales and performance through effective management and coaching.
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing, reflecting our brand’s excellence.
• Implement company policies and procedures to maintain operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that champions diversity.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Proven experience in a retail management role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

It would be great if you also have

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Knowledge of stock management and merchandising.
• A background in beauty or health and wellness sectors.
