What you’ll be doing

As a key member of our Boots.com team, you will

  • Collaborate with various teams including CSC, Logistics, IT, and Store Operations to enhance our online services.
  • Analyse data to derive insights and respond to customer service queries effectively.
  • Manage daily activities to meet KPIs and timelines, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimise processes to drive efficiency.
  • Produce regular management information (MI) reports on trading activities to inform decision-making.

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns and trends.
  • Experience in a digital environment with a customer-first mentality.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with data analysis tools like Databricks and PowerBI.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and stakeholder management.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience in customer insight analysis.
  • A background in e-commerce or digital trading.
