About this role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our teachers and engaging with our pupils.
Your responsibilities will include
*Assisting in the preparation and delivery of lessons.
*Providing support to individual students or small groups to help them understand the material and complete tasks.
*Helping to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
*Monitoring and recording student progress.
*Assisting with the management of classroom resources and setup.
*Providing personal care.
*May be required to work at any of our six sites.
About You
We are looking for candidates who have
*A genuine passion for education and the well-being of children
*A knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*The ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
*Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude
*Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ Level 2/3 for Teaching Assistants or equivalent) are desirable but not essential
