I am a young man living in Robertsbridge with a very supportive family network, but I would like support from a calm and gentle support worker to help build my confidence.

I have acute anxiety, which significantly affects my ability to engage with the community outside of my home. I do not like to go out and am seeking for a companion to help me become more independent in managing my care needs and daily routines like going to the shops. I would like a PA to accompany me to a gym so I can start exercising regularly and also I would like a PA to take me to singing lessons which I hope to start soon. I like to be in nature and would like a PA to accompany me on country walks locally and perhaps to the beach and to local beauty spots.

I do not need specific support with self care, but would find prompting and general awareness of the need for showering regularly and to remind me to take my medication at the same time daily, very helpful. I would like to be encouraged in active involvement in the community and positive engagements, confidence and well being generally.
