Duties

Providing administrative support to the horticulture, drainage and street cleansing teams including

update and maintain daily works records including labour, plant and materials,

support supervisors with scheduling, allocation and completion tracking,

maintain records of inspections, audits and compliance documentation,

maintain filing systems,

assist in the preparation of reports on performance and productivity,

handle incoming, internal and external enquiries, directing accordingly.

Experience

Must have previous experience within an operations environment, experience of construction, highways or environmental services is an advantage.

Must have good computer literacy on MS Office and the ability to learn ne systems,

must have strong attention to detail accuracy and the ability to prioritise and organise tasks in a fast paced environment,

must have good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.

Salary

£13.81 per hour worked
