Duties

Interpret asset records to enable the provision of accurate responses to Highways Searches,

Assist in maintaining accurate an accurate record of the publicly maintained highway and highway adoption records

Deliver customer orientated services to ensure search requests are responded to in full compliance to contractual obligations,

Assist in the delivery of the street naming and numbering process.

Experience

Must have a good level of administrative and customer service experience, experience of interpretating map based information is an advantage,

Must have a strong level of accuracy and the ability to organise and prioritise workload,

Must be able to work well on own initiative, to deadlines and service standards,

Must have a good level of computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems, experience of GIS is an advantage.

Salary

£13.81 per hour worked
