Job purpose
To assist with a variety of tasks which will assist the employer who needs care and support to live their personal and social life according to their wishes and interests.
About the employer
Our client is a 43-year-old female who is visually impaired living in the N2 area of London with her two children who is looking to recruit a Personal Assistant to provide support for 7 hours per week with household tasks and regular life admin tasks.
Main duties
PA tasks
Provide nutritional support
Assist to access the local community i.e. college
Support with small tidying tasks around the home
Checking dates on food items
Occasional grocery shopping
Support to organise clothing
Support to get laundry upstairs
Support with reading emails/mail & responding to emails
Diary management – including hospital appointments
Online shopping
Online banking
These duties may vary from day-to-day.

Rate of pay
£12.71 per hour

Previous experience in care/support work
Computer literate
Good communicator
Good organisation skills
Confidentiality
Good at building relationships

Full UK driving licence
Car and appropriate insurance
Successful applicants will require DBS checks & Employment References.
This role is funded by the Local Authority and is paid 4 weekly.
