Bed Manager

Bed Co-Ordinators to work in conjunction with internal and external partners in supporting proactive coordination of bed capacity, in line with the Clinical Prioritisation Framework and escalating lack of capacity and breaches to support timely access to care. To provide accurate information for the daily discharge, pathway, and other relevant capacity and breach meetings To update the Bed Waiting List in order to accurately reflect referrals for assessment, referrals for bed, sources, location, breach times and other, relevant data to support prioritisation.
