What you'll be doing

As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining advanced tools and reports that provide deep insights into our secondary space performance. Leveraging the rich and varied data at our disposal, you will combine your commercial insight, curiosity, and understanding of our business to provide recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement. Your creativity in leveraging new data sets and creating new sources of insight will help solve complex commercial problems and drive tangible recommendations including secondary space allocation strategy, deal effectiveness and event performance. Collaborating with other data and analytics teams, you will access and integrate data, and carry out ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses, providing invaluable insights to cross-functional teams. Your ability to work at pace and to deadlines, along with your strong communication skills, will enable you to contribute effectively to the success of the team.

You thrive in leveraging comprehensive data sets to develop and maintain cutting-edge tools and reports that provide a deep understanding of key performance indicators. With your strong commercial acumen, curiosity, and understanding of our business, you offer valuable recommendations and identify opportunities for improvement across secondary space. Your expertise in statistical analysis and data visualization, enables you to develop innovative solutions and automate processes, ultimately contributing to the success of our commercial division. As a strong collaborator and effective communicator, you excel at working in cross-functional teams and presenting complex analysis to non-technical stakeholders. With a focus on delivering accurate and timely reports, you continuously seek feedback to enhance the robustness and usefulness of your insights. Your passion for data-driven decision-making and commitment to continuous learning make you a valuable member of our team.
