Workforce Intelligence | People Services
We are seeking a skilled and motivatedWorkforce Intelligence Analystto join our Workforce Intelligence team that sits within the wider People Services team.
You will contribute to the delivery and further development of a high quality service using your data manipulation and visualisation skills alongside your knowledge of NHS workforce systems.
This is an exciting opportunity to apply your analytical skills within a busy NHS environment, supporting workforce planning, performance reporting and data‑driven decision‑making across the Trust.
This is a fixed term appointment for 12 months with the potential to extend.
As a Workforce Intelligence Analyst, you will
- Analyse and report on complex workforce data using systems such as ESR and e‑rostering.
- Produce accurate, timely and insightful workforce reports for managers and senior stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks and data quality issues and help drive improvements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards and self service reporting tools (e.g. Power BI)
- Support workforce planning, statutory reporting and Freedom of Information requests.
- Provide advice and guidance to colleagues on workforce metrics and data interpretation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce analytics and reporting.
- Provide system support to users of ESR including manager self service.
