We are seeking a Productivity Business Partner to drive operational improvements, initially focused on cleaning productivity, with scope to expand across wider Soft FM service lines such as security.
The role will work closely with multiple banking accounts, combining strong stakeholder engagement with hands-on delivery to embed sustainable productivity improvements.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage projects end to end, translate data into action, and support on-site teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
This role blends analytical capability with practical site-based auditing, coaching and programme delivery, ensuring agreed actions are implemented and performance expectations are met.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with stakeholders across multiple banking accounts to drive and embed productivity improvements
Manage productivity initiatives end to end, from defining scope through to delivering action plans and outcomes
Conduct site reviews and audits to assess productivity, equipment usage and operational ways of working
Identify performance gaps, develop corrective action plans and oversee delivery through site teams
Analyse performance and productivity data to measure effectiveness and ensure programme sustainability
Hold teams accountable for performance, ensuring agreed actions are delivered and standards are met
Support, coach and train on-site teams in targeted productivity programmes and frontline activities
Track and report progress, providing regular updates to programme leads, the Tiger Team and senior leadership, including milestones, risks and challenges
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a collaborative mindset
Highly proficient spoken and written English
Understanding of project management or coordination
Experience in facilities management, either outsourced or insourced
Tenacity and determination, balanced with common sense and pragmatism
Flexibility and mobility, with the ability to travel countywide as required
Customer service experience and a strong service mindset
Service line experience in cleaning, catering, security, workplace or engineering is desirable
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise effectively to meet expectation
