Registered Care Manager (CQC) – Domiciliary Care – London*

Our client is looking for a dedicated and experienced *Registered Care Manager* to lead and grow with the business.

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the care service in line with CQC regulations, ensuring compliance and high standards of care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the service in compliance with CQC and company standards.
  • Oversee care planning, assessments, and quality assurance.
  • Recruit, train, and manage care staff.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with clients and families.
  • Promote business growth and support new client onboarding.
  • Ensure safeguarding and risk management procedures are followed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager role.
  • Be CQC-registered or eligible to register.
  • NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or working towards).
  • Strong knowledge of current legislation and CQC standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
