Senior Carer

Hrstring currently has exciting opportunities for experienced and compassionate Senior Care Workers to join our friendly team on a full-time or part-time basis. Candidates must have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for providing high-quality care and support to clients.

SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide personal care and support to clients including washing, dressing, feeding, and toileting.

Support and supervise Care Assistants where required.

Administer or assist with medication in line with care plans.

Monitor and record clients’ physical and emotional well-being and report any concerns.

Assist with moving, handling, and repositioning clients safely.

Encourage clients to participate in social and recreational activities.

Maintain accurate care records and follow safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

Candidate must have at least one year of care experience.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Caring, professional, and reliable attitude.
