Title Checker

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking conveyancing firm is seeking skilled and motivated experienced Title Checkers to join its growing team. In this full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, based from their Milton Keynes office.

As an experienced Title Checker, your duties & responsibilities will be

Managing all aspects of residential purchase transactions, with a particular focus on reporting to clients and raising legal enquiries across all residential tenures

Reviewing, checking, and reporting on search results, identifying issues and raising appropriate enquiries

Managing a continuous flow of title checks with accuracy and efficiency

Liaising with live conveyancing teams to provide support and guidance on complex transactions

Demonstrating strong knowledge of the full conveyancing process, ideally within a title checking role

Working proactively with strong attention to detail while meeting tight deadlines

To be considered for the Title

Checker role you will have

Proven experience in title checking and / or relevant industry qualifications

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Strong attention to detail and a hardworking approach

Starting salary of £35,000+ depending on level of experience, pension, health insurance, free parking, 38 days annual leave including bank holiday and Christmas shutdown, training opportunities, along with a genuine route to progress.
