What You'll Be Doing
- Overseeing all SEND provision and statutory compliance as the SENCO
- Leading and coaching a high-performing support team

- Championing accessibility, equity, and aspiration across the school
- Delivering SEND-focused INSET and shaping policy across all key stages
- Monitoring, evaluating, and evidencing student achievement as SENCO
Ideal

- UK-trained with qualified teacher status (QTS) essential
- Current or aspiring SENCO with National Award or commitment to achieve it
