Team Leader

We’re looking for an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated team at The Old Malthouse care home

As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our residents and senior care team. You’ll provide high-quality, person-centred care, administering medicine to residents while also supervising and mentoring care staff to ensure the best possible standards are maintained across the home.

You’ll lead by example, promoting dignity, independence, and respect, and ensuring that every resident receives the highest level of care and attention.
