Business Administration Apprentice (Apprenticeship)

About the RoleAs an apprentice, no two days will be the same. You’ll play an important role in supporting our sales and production teams, helping with daily administrative tasks and learning how different areas of the business operate.

You’ll gain experience in areas such as production costings, sales processing, order despatch, accounts administration, and marketing activities, helping to keep the business running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage production paperwork to ensure costings are completed and recorded daily

Support the sales team by answering telephone calls and responding to emails when required

Create courier labels for daily orders and assist with order despatch

Raise sales orders and invoices on internal systems

Record and list invoice numbers for accounts processing

Carry out general filing and administrative tasks

Assist with marketing activities, including updating social media and marketing materials

Provide support across the business with additional tasks when required

Apprenticeship TrainingYou will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship, gaining structured training alongside practical on-the-job experience.

Entry Requirements

GCSE English – Grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent)

GCSE Maths – Grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent)
