Job objectives and responsibilities

· Operational contract compliance in line with the SLA's KPI's, and POD Priorities

· Maintain internal and external relationships with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring best practice

· Compliance of all Planned Preventative and Reactive service deliverables

· Onboarding of new employees and suppliers in collaboration with Account Director

· Support service delivery and operational wide work allocations to engineering resource

Main duties

· Support with processing of work requests through the Port of Dover CAFM system (Oracle)

· Management and administration of quotes and estimates, through to raising POs and solving invoice queries

· Utilisation of our Coupa financial system platform

· Liaison between Port of Dover operational functions and supply partners for booking in work

· Working with the engineering supervisory team to target labour loading

· Support with managing the backlog of works through to completion

Person Specification

· Previous relevant experience in a similar role, i.e. either FM, Maintenance, or both functions

· Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbally and electronically

· Excellent PC skills and experience of CAFM systems and financial platforms desirable

· Highly motivated, proactive and committed

· Approachable and engaging at all levels

· Experience of working in a fast-paced team
