We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative MFL teacher to join our team as head of department. This post is suitable for an
experienced teacher ready to lead this subject area, strategically leading the team to deliver high quality lessons that inspire
and engage young people in being the best versions of themselves.
Applicants will be passionate about the teaching and learning of languages with the vision, commitment and determination to raise
standards across all abilities. Bridgemary’ s expectation is that all our teaching staff are able to ensure that students within
their subject area are appropriately challenged, supported and achieve their expected levels of progress or better.
