Care Worker – Supported Living & Domiciliary Care
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Care Workers to support individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and thrive in their own homes and communities.
Key Responsibilities
-Provide person-centred support with daily living tasks
-Promote independence, dignity, and choice
-Support with community activities and social inclusion
-Follow care plans and maintain accurate records
Requirements
-Caring, patient, and positive attitude
-Good communication skills
-Experience in care is beneficial but not essential (full training provided)
-Driver with own car preferred, but not essential
Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends.
