The Role

We're looking for experienced, passionate Team Leaders to join us across Suffolk, Essex and Kent. This is a hands-on leadership role, sitting at the heart of delivery - you'll be the person who sets the standard, supports the team, and makes sure every session is something children and schools love.

What You'll Be Doing

Leading, coaching and developing a team of delivery staff across schools and programmes

Ensuring every session meets our high standards for quality, engagement and safeguarding

Supporting recruitment through practical interviews and candidate assessments

Participating in quality improvement processes including observations and feedback

Working closely with Operations and Logistics to keep delivery running smoothly

Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day delivery queries and challenges

What We're Looking For

Essential

Level 2 NGB Sports or Childcare qualification

Experience in delivery, coaching or team leadership roles

Experience delivering sport or activity sessions to children (paid or voluntary)

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Strong communication, organisational and people skills

Ability to motivate, support and develop others

Enhanced DBS, Paediatric First Aid and Safeguarding (or willingness to complete on appointment)

Commitment to promoting the safety and wellbeing of children

Desirable

Experience supporting recruitment or staff training

Basic IT skills
