About the Role
Smithly Ltd is recruiting **serious, reliable, and performance-driven Delivery Drivers** to operate from the Southampton ParcelForce depot.
This is not a casual role. It is a **structured, target-driven position** designed for individuals who can deliver consistently at a high standard and are looking for stable, long-term work.

100 successful delivery stops per day

All drivers are expected to operate in line with **ParcelForce Worldwide operational and quality standards**.
Responsibilities
* Deliver parcels efficiently, safely, and professionally
* Complete daily routes within required timeframes
* Carry out vehicle check-in and check-out using company system
* Report faults, incidents, and issues promptly via the app
* Maintain high compliance and operational discipline
✅ Requirements
* Full UK driving licence (**maximum 6 points**)
* Must be **based in Southampton or surrounding areas**
* Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
* Strong time management and reliability
* Physically fit for high-volume delivery work
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
* Must be able to meet **ParcelForce performance and quality standards**
