We're looking for a compassionate, energetic Support Worker to join our team in Crowthorne, supporting four adults to live full, independent and meaningful lives. This role focuses on providing continuity, stability and high-quality support.

Who You Will Be Supporting

You'll be supporting two ladies and two gentlemen aged 40s-60s, who live together and enjoy an active, sociable home environment.

They are individuals with learning disabilities, autism and epilepsy, each with unique personalities and interests.

They enjoy

  • Photography, music, dancing and Elvis
  • Clubs, restaurants and local events
  • Creative hobbies and community activities
  • Outings with friends and social groups

One gentleman does not use words to communicate but expresses himself clearly through gestures and sounds. One person uses a wheelchair when out in the community.

This is a warm, lively home where people support one another — and where your positive energy will really be felt.

What You Will Be Doing

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in helping people live the lives they choose.

Your responsibilities will include

Supporting everyday living

Helping with meal preparation, household tasks and maintaining a safe, welcoming home.

Personal care

Providing respectful, dignified personal care where needed.

Mobility support

Supporting one individual who uses a wheelchair during community activities.

Medication administration

Ensuring medication is given safely and in line with training.

Meaningful activities

Joining in with photography, music, dancing, outings and social events — and encouraging independence and confidence.

Sleep-In

10:00 PM - 7:00 AM (paid to sleep

Sleep-ins are paid at £50 per shift.

Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
