About this role
We are seeking a part-time, permanentMedical Education Coordinatorto join our team atWexham Park Hospital, working 16 hours per week. This key role supports the delivery of medical education by coordinating and administering study leave for medical trainees and other eligible staff, in line with NHS and Trust policies.
Acting as the main point of contact for all study leave matters, the postholder will manage applications, approvals, and funding processes to ensure a smooth and compliant service. The role also includes planning, organising, and deliveringLocally Employed Doctors (LED)teaching events, contributing to the development and enhancement of educational programmes within the department.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is passionate about supporting medical education and continuous professional development in a healthcare setting.

This position isnot eligiblefor Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must already hold theright to work in the UKfor the full duration of the contract.
- Supporting the Medical Education department in managing study leave requests for all Clinical Doctors Grades
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians and administrative teams.
- Assisting in the financial administration and monitoring of study leave budgets.
- Admin duties for the LED
- Represents LFG
