Siemlus • Winchester, Hampshire
About this role
Company Description
Siemlus is a UK-based, hospitality-focused technology partner delivering end-to-end IT infrastructure, guest experience platforms, and 24/7 managed support to hotels across the UK and globally. Acting as a “Unified Support Partner,” (USP) Siemlus provides a single point of accountability for all hotel technology covering Wi-Fi, networks, IPTV, casting, PMS/POS integrations, cybersecurity, and in-room systems removing the complexity of managing multiple vendors. This integrated approach enables hotels to operate more efficiently, reduce downtime, and consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences.
Through its design, engineering, and always-on support model, Siemlus ensures that hotel technology ecosystems are fully aligned, scalable, and proactively maintained, allowing operators to focus on service rather than IT issues.
Complementing this, through its converged in-building approach, Siemlus also supports hotels in reducing operational costs and improving sustainability by implementing advanced energy optimisation solutions. Leveraging smart building technology, data analytics, and intelligent control systems, it enables hotels to significantly lower energy consumption, enhance ESG performance, and future-proof assets without compromising guest comfort.
Together, Siemlus and Siemlus Energy provide a fully converged technology and energy solution helping hotels drive efficiency, improve profitability, and deliver modern, seamless guest experiences in an increasingly digital and sustainability-driven hospitality landscape.
