The Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our team. This is a key role within the business, suited to someone who is confident taking ownership of jobs from start to finish and setting the standard in the workshop.

You'll be working primarily on Ford Transits, carrying out everything from routine servicing to in-depth diagnostics and major repairs. The ideal candidate will be able to identify faults, work efficiently under pressure, and handle a busy workload without needing close supervision.

in addition to hands-on work, you will help maintain a productive and professional workshop environment. We're after someone who takes pride in their work, works at a good pace, and consistently delivers high standards.

Key Responsibilities

-Diagnose, service, and repair Ford Transit vehicles

-Carry out advanced fault finding (mechanical & electrical)

-Complete jobs efficiently and to a high standard

-Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards

-Keep accurate records of work carried out

Requirements

-Experience as a Vehicle Technician

-Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

-Experience working with vans

-Ability to work independently and manage workload

-Full UK drivers licence

-Own tools
