Job Overview
We are looking for compassionate and reliable Domiciliary Care Workers to join our friendly, family-feel team, providing high-quality care and support to individuals within their own homes in Witney and surrounding areas.
This role involves supporting service users to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
Support with meal preparation, medication, and daily routines
Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and shopping
Provide companionship and emotional support
Promote independence and wellbeing of service users
Travel between service users’ homes within the local area
Maintain accurate care records and report any concerns
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive care team
What We Offer
£14.25 per hour (weekday rate)
£15.25 per hour (weekend rate)
Double pay for Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Time and a half for all bank holidays
Paid travel time – no loss of earnings between calls
Mileage contribution provided
Calls scheduled close together to minimise travel
Full training provided (no experience required)
DBS check paid for
Uniform provided

Person Specification
Essential Requirements
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality care
Caring, compassionate, and respectful approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Desirable
Previous experience in care (not essential as full training is provided)
Additional Information
All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS check (paid for by the employer). You will receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
