Part-Time Store Supervisor (Maidstone & Ashford)
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Part-Time Store Supervisor to join our team, working across our Maidstone and Ashford stores.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential requirements for this role or ability to easily commute to both our stores; applications will only be considered where these criteria are met.
Please note that, due to the working hours involved, this position is not suitable for individuals currently in full-time education (school, college, or university).

The Role
This is a key position within our retail team, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of both stores. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Senior Supervisor, providing cover in their absence and helping to lead the team.
This is a customer-facing role, where you will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service.
The role is based across two locations, with approximately two days per week in Maidstone and one day in Ashford.
Hours & Flexibility
21 hours per week, across 3 days
Weekday shifts, with some weekend working required
Overtime will be available and expected during peak periods
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the daily operation of both stores
- Supervising and motivating the store teams
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Assisting with staff training and development
- Using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Handling customer queries in-store, online and by phone, resolving issues effectively
- Opening and closing the store, including cash handling and security procedures
About You
We are looking for someone who
- Has previous supervisory experience within a retail environment (essential)
- Is flexible and able to work weekends and extended hours during peak periods
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work well under pressure on their own and as part of a team
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Holds a full UK driving license and has access to their own vehicle (essential)
