About The Role
Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday 07:00 - 15:00, with one late shift per week (12:00 - 20:00). One in every 5 weeks working 10 days, with 4 days off.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
- The successful candidate must provide a significant contribution to overall efficiency, effectiveness and contract profitability and must, therefore, play its part in the overall delivery of service.
- The candidate will support the site supervisor with the implementation of an integrated approach for the delivery of all contracted services ensuring that all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Hiring Criteria
- Time-served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
- Experienced skills in Paving & Slab repairs (essential) Carpentry, Painting Decorating, Door Hanging, Carpet/Lino repairs, Masonry Repairs, Locksmiths, Tiling, and ceiling grids/tiles (desirable).
- Sound knowledge of understanding and developing safety documentation to ensure site safety procedures are always followed.
- Right to work in the UK
- CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
- First Aid (desired) training can be provided to the successful candidate.
