Benefits Administrator

OCS

We're looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Benefits Administrator to join our Reward, Pensions & Benefits team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, delivering excellent service, and ensuring colleagues receive the support they need from a wide range of benefit schemes.

You'll play a key role in the administration of company benefits and TUPE activity, working closely with internal teams, external providers and colleagues across the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Administering a broad range of employee benefit schemes and programmes
  • Supporting benefits activity related to TUPE transfers
  • Managing benefits data, reconciliations and payroll-related reporting
  • Responding to colleague queries and providing clear, helpful guidance
  • Working with external providers to maintain accurate scheme membership
  • Supporting annual benefit renewals and ad-hoc benefit campaigns
  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What we're looking for

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent data accuracy skills
  • Comfortable working with large volumes of data and administration processes
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and meet critical deadlines
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • A proactive, organised and team-oriented approach
  • High levels of integrity, confidentiality and GDPR awareness

Desirable

  • Experience of employee benefits, payroll or HR administration
  • Intermediate Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables)
