About The Role

Purpose of role

To ensure engineers / operatives time is costed accurately in the Technical Services CAFM system and populate the payroll upload templates.

Main duties

  • Liaise with engineers / operatives to ensure timesheets are submitted correctly and in a timely manner.
  • Process and cost engineers / operatives timesheets in the CAFM system accurately and in line with the defined timescales.
  • Populate the payroll upload templates accurately and in line with the defined payroll cut-off dates.
  • Liaise with the Payroll Team to ensure queries are resolved quickly.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's commercial administration experience within FM.
  • Experience with quote and Purchase Order (PO) management.
  • Experience liaising with direct labour and subcontractors.
