About The Role

Hours per week

Hours can range from 5am starts too 11pm finishes and work weekends.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities are, but not limited to

  • Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
  • Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
  • Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
  • In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
  • Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
  • Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

  • Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
  • Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.

You will be required to pass pre-employment screening, including 5 years of employment referencing.
