About The Role
Working Patten
Monday to Friday - Morning shifts 5 hours per day with start times to be confirmed at interview
THE APPLICANT WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE THE POLICE VETTING BEFORE EMPLOYMENT CAN BEGIN
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure cleaning duties are carried out in accordance with the cleaning specification and work schedules including Custody but not Foul Cells.
- Complete ADHOC jobs as requested by your line manager
- Ensure all cleaning equipment and materials are maintained in a clean and orderly manner.
- Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is always required.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are always followed.
- Follow the safe use of chemicals guidance (COSHH).
- To ensure the handover of any outstanding work.
Qualifications & Experience
Skills & abilities
- Ability to work under own initiative and also as a member of a team.
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to operate in a pressurised environment.
- Excellent time management.
- Attention to detail and proactive.
Experience
- Experience in working within a team as well as on your own – essential
- Knowledge of COSHH
- Previous experience within similar role.
Any other requirements
- Flexible approach to working hours, including working weekends & Bank Holidays
- Willingness to take any further appropriate training.
