About The Role

Working pattern

Variable Mornings

Every shift 5.30 - 8.00am

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked. Please note this is a hands-on role and that cleaning duties are within

the responsibility of the Cleaning Supervisor

Key responsibilities

  • To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to. You will be required to assist with cleaning tasks as required and lead by example.
  • To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
  • To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
  • To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
  • To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

  • Must have right to work in the UK
  • Experience working in a cleaning environment.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
