Our client based at this Luxury Hotel in Surrey is recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for their busy operation. You will already be working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a hotel or restaurant and looking for the next step in your career. The role is 45 hours a week and is a floor based role. Working hours include early & late shifts as well as weekends.

The Role

• Working in all areas of food and beverage
• Developing the team
• Managing agreed targets and margin control
• Experience of supervising outlets including restaurant, bar, lounge and high quality C&B
• Reporting to the General Manager

The Person -

• Already working as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a busy Hotel
• Stable and progressive CV
• Hands on and motivated manager - lead by example
• A team leader and builder
• An equally good communicator with guests, fellow managers and your team.
