We are looking for an ambitious and self-motivated Freelance Sales Executive & Appointment Setter to join our growing business development team. This is a flexible, self-employed opportunity that offers the freedom to work remotely while building a rewarding income through uncapped commission. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and arranging qualified appointments for our senior sales team. Using a mixture of cold calling, LinkedIn networking, email outreach, and referrals, you will introduce our services to businesses, qualify prospects, and book meetings with key decision-makers. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of your activity and helping to build a healthy sales pipeline.

We're looking for someone who is naturally confident, organised, and motivated to succeed. Previous experience in sales, recruitment, business development, appointment setting, or customer-facing roles is beneficial, although attitude and determination are just as important. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, have excellent communication skills, and possess the resilience needed to thrive in a sales environment.

As part of our team, you'll receive full onboarding, sales training, proven scripts, marketing materials, and ongoing support to help you succeed. We believe in giving people the tools they need while allowing them the freedom to manage their own time and build their own success.

This is a commission-only, self-employed position with genuinely uncapped earning potential.
