Ricon Recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established engineering company for an experienced Fabricator.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business working on a variety of industrial and process plant projects. Were looking for someone who takes pride in producing high quality work and enjoys working as part of a professional team.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and work from engineering drawings, fabrication details, and specifications.

Measure, mark out, cut, drill, and prepare steel components accurately.

Assemble and fabricate structural steelwork, platforms, handrails, staircases, pipe supports, and bespoke metalwork.

Operate fabrication equipment safely, including saws, drills, grinders, punches, and other workshop machinery.

Carry out tack welding and assist with welding operations where required.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Work closely with workshop supervisors, welders, and site teams to meet production schedules.

Assist with loading, unloading, and preparing fabricated components for delivery.

Follow all company health and safety procedures and wear the appropriate PPE at all times.
